Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms explain how our dog-walking services work and what we each agree to. By booking a walk, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. If anything is unclear, please get in touch before your first booking.

1. Booking & Scheduling

Walks must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are confirmed only once we reply to your request. Walk times are given as a one-hour arrival window to allow for traffic and other dogs on the route. We advise having a meet-and-greet before the first walk so we can meet your dog and review their needs.

2. Cancellations & Changes

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the walk. Cancellations made with less notice, or if we cannot access your dog at the booked time, may be charged at the full walk rate. If we need to cancel, we will tell you as early as possible and you will not be charged.

3. Payment

This is a pay-online-only service. Payment is required when you book your walk. Prices are listed on our Services page.

4. Your Dog's Health & Behaviour

All dogs should be up to date on vaccinations and flea, tick and worming treatments, and should wear a collar with an ID tag. You agree to tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, fears or history of aggression. We may decline or end a service if a dog’s behaviour puts people, other animals or itself at risk.

5. Keys & Home Access

Any keys or access codes you share are stored securely, labelled without your address, and used only to collect and return your dog. We enter only the areas needed to do so. Keys are returned when our service ends or on request.

6. Weather & Walk Safety

During the summer, walks will be scheduled early to help avoid extreme heat. We may shorten a walk in extreme weather to keep your dog safe. Dogs are kept on lead unless you have given written permission for off-lead time and we judge it safe.

7. Emergency Procedures

If your dog becomes ill or injured in our care, we will contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you or your emergency contact, you authorise us to take your dog to your registered vet or the nearest available vet. You agree to cover any veterinary costs incurred, and we will keep you informed at every step.

8. Liability & Waiver

We are fully insured and take every reasonable care. However, dog walking carries natural risks, and we are not liable for illness, injury or loss that occurs despite reasonable care, or that results from undisclosed health or behaviour issues. You remain responsible for any damage or injury your dog causes to people, animals or property.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its updated date. Continuing to book our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact Us

If you have questions about these terms, please contact us through the contact details on our website before booking. We are always happy to talk things through.

Your Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your personal details and your dog's information is explained in our separate Privacy Policy.
